Supertech Limited is
a developer which has been in the business of delivering quality realty
products from more than 25 years. The organization was founded by Mr R. K.
Arora in the year 1988 and since then Supertech has developed a lot from a
sapling to a fully developed tree. These are the times in Indian realty when a
lot of developers, big & small, have spawned up and are trying to make Eco Village

organization survive for so many decades in this ever-changing industry, whilst

Coming to Supertech
Limited, this group has been in a business of developing both commercial as
well as residential structures and that too from a long time. It has developed
a variety of projects from time to time and the most popular project which has
been rolled out by this developer has been Supertech Eco
Village. Eco Village is actually a concept, which has evolved with time.
It started as an endeavour which strived to provide affordable residential
accommodation to the common man, which with time has evolved in correlation
with the evolving lifestyle of an average Indian individual. With time the
concept has evolved into an eco friendly venture which not only provides
affordable housing, but also provides amenities and facilities within its
campus which have become a necessity with time. A few examples of these are
Wi-Fi Connectivity, clubhouse, gym & fitness centre, etc. From the launch
of this project there have been a lot of changes and thus there have been more
than one township which has been named after this concept, these are namely,
Supertech Eco Village 1, Supertech Eco Village 2 & Supertech Eco Village 3.

Eco Village 3 Noida Extension, which is a combination of premium high
rise developments and luxury independent floors.
